You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You must create an account to access certain features of our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Voyalist reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
You agree not to use our services for any of the following purposes:
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant Voyalist a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
Voyalist reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, at our sole discretion.
The services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Voyalist, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
Some features of our services require payment. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Refunds: Paid features, subscriptions, or ticketing-related charges are governed by the terms presented at purchase and any non-waivable consumer rights.
Price Changes: We may update pricing with reasonable notice before the changes take effect.
We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. Our services may be subject to interruptions, delays, or errors.
Maintenance: The service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, or third-party outages.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Voyalist, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOYALIST, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount the user paid to Voyalist, LLC in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyalist, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.
Scope: Users agree to indemnify Voyalist, LLC for claims arising from their content, misuse of the service, or violation of applicable law or these terms.
Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through litigation in a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via posting updated terms on the website and, for material changes, providing in-app notice or email at least 15 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Voyalist has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful community for every user.
The following are strictly prohibited on Voyalist:
Users can report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the app using the in-app reporting feature available on posts, comments, messages, reviews, and user profiles. Users may also block any other user at any time, which immediately hides that user's content from their experience.
When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of a potential violation, we aim to review and take appropriate action within 24 hours of receipt. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, enforcement actions may include:
